What security policies and frameworks are in place?

Through our hosting partners, Loc8 supports all of the most common security standards, including but not limited to: PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171, helping customers satisfy compliance requirements for virtually all regulatory agencies globally.

Where is our data located?

Loc8 operates multiple points of presence across the world when it comes to data storage and access. When we onboard you onto Loc8, we will set you up on the PoP closest to you, or one of your choosing depending on your requirements.

Is Loc8 ISO 27001 certified?

Loc8 uses Data Centres and partners that are fully ISO27001 certified.

How is our data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit and optionally encrypted at rest. The data centres that Loc8 uses are high security facilities that cannot be accessed by unauthorized people. All systems are segmented from each other preventing any chance of accidental or malicious data contamination.

How do we integrate with our other enterprise tools?

With a robust API library, Loc8 can easily integrate with other tools that use the REST API standard. We also have a dedicated integrations team that can assist with custom integrations or creating custom end points to make integrating with your existing systems as pain free as possible.

Who can we contact for help?

All Loc8 Enterprise clients will have access to a dedicated team of Service Delivery managers as well as an Account Manager, ensuring that you are never without access to timely and efficient support.

How do we get setup?

Loc8 provides many options for setup, please speak to your Account Executive regarding assisted setup options and training packages.

Does Loc8 offer professional and/or consulting services?

While Loc8 does not function as a consulting business, our team members have many decades of combined experience in implementing, designing and tailoring Asset/Field management solutions and are waiting to share that knowledge with you. Speak to your Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or Account Executive to find out more about the packages available.

Does Loc8 offer a trial?

Does Loc8 provide SLAs for support and uptime?

Loc8 does provide SLAs for Enterprise systems around both system uptime and support hours including 24/7 services. Please speak to your Account Manager to discuss your requirements.
